Agora is more than a coffee shop, it’s a purpose-driven space in Nabatieh, Lebanon created for people who value focus, comfort, and meaningful routines. Blending high-quality coffee with an intentional environment, Agora inspires creativity, productivity, and connection. The space attracts a diverse community: entrepreneurs, students, and locals who come not just for coffee, but for the calm rhythm it brings to their day. Agora has become a hub where people can reset, build, and belong.
Our Relationship:
We began working with Agora on a monthly basis, with one clear goal: to elevate their digital presence so it matched the richness of their in-person experience. While the shop had already built a warm, welcoming atmosphere offline, their Instagram didn’t fully capture that depth. Together, we set out to shape a strategy that would strengthen the brand’s identity, create consistent storytelling, and build authentic engagement with their community.
The Challenge:
Agora’s Instagram showed the beauty of its space and drinks, but it lacked a unified direction. Most posts focused on products, leaving little room for the deeper story, a community-driven space for focus and intention. Despite having over 8,000 followers, engagement wasn’t as strong as it could be, and the grid felt visually inconsistent. In short, Agora needed more than content.
They needed a social media presence that reflected who they really are: a local hub for meaningful routines and daily progress.
The Journey:
We started with a full social media audit, which revealed gaps in branding, profile optimization, and content balance. From there, we focused on five priorities:
Performance review - analyzing reach, engagement, and content formats.
Consistency - aligning visuals, tone, and brand voice.
Profile optimization - refining bios, CTAs, and keywords for discoverability.
Content quality and rhythm - building a storytelling-focused calendar.

We began with a cleanup phase, then tested new content formats like reels and carousels, before optimizing what worked best. What started as a three-month rollout has grown into an ongoing partnership focused on continually enhancing Agora’s digital presence.

Clarity for the team: A structured content calendar and optimized profile made managing social media smoother and less stressful.

We recorded 3K interactions, a strong indicator that the content is resonating with users. The increase in engagement highlights that posts are becoming more relevant, sparking interest and connection with the audience.
Consistent Presence
Every month we publish 5 posts & 4 stories per week, ensuring that we maintain a steady presence that keeps the brand top of mind and sustains momentum with the platform’s algorithm. This consistency directly contributed to the strong reach and engagement results in September.
Most importantly, the project didn’t just stop after just a few months. Agora decided to continue working with us and also entrusted us with managing the social media presence of their second franchise, Zaituona by Agora.
